Project Brief

Project description :
- Provide advice, guidance, and support in the execution of the portfolio conversion
- Interact and coordinate with Client’s and external stakeholders
- Provide full project management documentation and tracking of timelines and deliverables
- Provide expert advice, insights, suggestions, and development needs to support decisions making process and execution
- Ensure activities are performed in accordance with the project plan
- Identify issues and risks, and escalate such issues and risks to the appropriate teams, when required
- Work closely with Product, IT, business, and cross-functional team to resolve issues
- Provide regular status updates to Client’s management on conversion project, through:
- Progress update meetings
- Steering committee meetings
- Regular reporting on progress status
- Support on the design and launch of marketing campaigns to drive activation and first use
- Leverage the firms assets and resources, when applicable, to deliver the support on the above-mentioned responsibilities
Qualifications/ expectations required:
- Relevant experience in card business (required)
- Relevant program management experience (preferred)
- Proven project management skills
- Strong team player, results driven and high level of energy & initiative
- People management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Urdu
